Power Supply Unit • 153.5 Installation3.5.1 AC Power Source SettingBefore attached the power cord, please check what AC voltage is used inyour area, then set the manual switch for selecting 115V AC or 230V AC.Please note improper setting may damage the power supply unit.3.5.2 Power Switch InstallationThe power unit is designed for ATX system. Before using the power unit,please aware the following instructions otherwise the power supply may notwork properly. If you are going to use software power managing function,you must be always wired on the AC and control the power supply on/off bythe SW. on front panel of chassis.There are two thin black and white DC wires, which connect the power on/offswitch. The power switch consists of four pins on it, and splits into two half(left/right) sides. Please connect the two thin wires from the power supplysystem to the same side either left or right side. And do not cross them.3.5.3 How to Replace the Power Module1. It enables the user to remove or replace the power supply while thesystem remains ON -line or active.2. Insert the key into key-lock and turn left to UNLOCK position, then pullout the power module.3.
