The POWER PAK II will turn OFF automatically when not in use (approx. 1-2min), or when charging has completed.Q. How many times can the POWER PAK II re-charge my mobile phone?A. The POWER PAK II can recharge your mobile phone approx. 2 - 3 times for the KP1405 & approx. 2 - 4 times times forthe KP1406.The quantity of re-charges for mobile devices could vary depending on the product and its battery capacity,also how charged the POWER PAK II is at the time.Q. How long will the POWER PAK II take to re-charge my mobile phone?A. The POWER PAK II can recharge your IPhone 4/5/6/7 mobile phone in approx. 1 hour. Other mobile devices could takelonger depending on the product and its battery capacity.Q. How long will the POWER PAK II take to re-charge my laptop?A. The POWER PAK II can recharge a laptop battery to approx. 45-100% in approx. 1 hour depending on the product and itsbattery capacity.Q. Resetting The Current OverloadTo reset the current overload feature you need to connect the 240V AC Charger (10) to the 15V DC 1A Input Charging Port (6)and turn ON the mains power of your power socket. This will reset the current overload feature of your POWER PAK II andyou can continue using the POWER PAK II.11. TroubleshootingPROBLEM CAUSES SOLUTIONSThe POWER PAK II Battery Charge LEDIndicators (2) are showing 4 illuminatedLED’s , but will not start the vehicle orcharge any device.During extended periods of non use orextreme temperatures the POWER PAK IIcould loose charge of up to 40%, but theunit may still indicate full charge.Recharge the POWER PAK II using the240V AC Charger (10) or 12V DCCar Charger (11).No response when pressing the ON/OFF/TEST Button (1) of thePOWER PAK II.The low voltage/over current overloadcircuit within the POWER PAK II hasinitiated.To reset the low voltage/over currentconnect the POWER PAK II using the 240VAC Charger (10).The POWER PAK II is hot to touch whencharging laptop batteries.The charging current of the laptop couldbe above the maximum capacity (3.5A)Disconnect the POWER PAK II and allowto cool down first. Please check that thelaptop charging voltage and current arecorrect. Reconnect the POWER PAK II andrecharge your laptop battery. |
