These vibrations can generate anincreased tiredness. For this reason, we recommend taking regular pauses during work.The machine is equipped with an anti-vibrating device. We recommend as well that after afew hours of work, to take a pause (a few minutes) and leave the engine at idle rpm inorder to let the engine cool down by the air current created by the flywheel.FELLING A TREE (F22)1. Decide the felling direction considering the wind, lean of the tree, location ofheavy branches, ease of job after felling and other factors.2. While clearing the area around the tree, arrange a good foothold and retreat path.3. Make a notch cut one-third of the way into the tree on the felling side.4. Make a felling cut from the opposite side of the notch and at a level slightlyhigher than the bottom of the notch.WARNINGWhen you fell a tree, be sure to warn your neighboring workers of the danger.(1) Notch cut(2) Felling cut,make the felling cut placing spiked bumper 2.5cm to 5cm above thebottom of the notch and stop cutting at approximately 1/10 of diameter to the inneredge of the notch(see figure B)in order to leave the uncut portion of the wood as ahinge.(3) Felling directionWhen the tree begins to fall,you should retreat away from the direction of fall at a45-degree angle to avoid the trunk kicking back over the stump(see left figure ) |
