ZyPer4KEMC InformationThe ZyPer4K devices should be mounted and operated in accordance with the guidelinesspecified in this guide to maintain the integrity of the expected EMC characteristics.The supplied Power Supply (AC/DC Conversion unit) should be used. Any other AC/DC supplyhas not been tested or verified to perform at the levels indicated in this manual.Media cables are not provided and the ZyPer4K devices are generally fairly tolerant of differenttypes and manufacture styles.• Media cables should be of good quality and rated for the performance levels of theinterface to which they are connected.‣ e.g. 4K HDMI ports should only be connected to HDMI cables rated for 4Koperation at the desired resolutions.‣ e.g. HDSDI cables should be of the appropriated impedance and within thelength restrictions of the greater HDSDIspecification• HDMI cables shall be of the type incorporatingintegral Ferrite cores in order to achieve ratedcompliance levels and the cleanest electromagneticenvironment in the vicinity of the unit.Electromagnetic EmissionsTest ComplianceLevelNotesRF emissions: CISPR 11 Group 1 ZyPer4K emissions are very low and notexpected to cause unintentional interference.RF emissions: CISPR 11 Class A Commercial equipment for use in commercialenvironments.Harmonic emissions:IEC 61000-3-2 Class D Suitable for use in all commercial and domesticlow-voltage environments.Voltage fluctuations/ flicker emissions:IEC 61000-3-3 CompliantUser Manual Page of 28 40
