16Zanussi 818 15 02--03/3Door Reversal1. Close the cabinet and disconnect the appliancefrom the electricity socket.2. Remove the ventilation grille. There is a part onthe grille that can be removed. Reposition it andtransfer to the opposite side.3. Support the cabinet on a wooden block when it islaid down. This will make it easier to grip under thecabinet when returning to an upright position.4. On the upper part of the cabinet. Remove thehinge pin and replace on the other side.5. On the lower part of the cabinet. Unscrew thehinge. Move the hinge pin and plastic cover. Securethe hinge on the other side.6. Raise the cabinet and replace the ventilation grille.7. Unscrew the handle. Carefully press in the plasticplugs on the opposite side using a punch. Secure thehandle in the plug holes. Then press the suppliedplastic plugs into the holes to which the handle waspreviously fitted.8. Put the cabinet in position. Check that it standsstraight. See the section "Positioning the cabinet".AttentionAfter completion of the door reversingoperation, check that the door gasket adheresto the cabinet. If the ambient temperature iscold (i.e. in Winter), the gasket may not fitperfectly to the cabinet. In that case, wait forthe natural fitting of the gasket or acceleratethis process by heating up the part involvedwith a normal hairdryer on a low setting.123457
