44Installation and ServicingSECTION 3 - SERVICING3.10 BURNER INJECTOR REPLACEMENT1. Refer to Section 3.8.2. Disconnect the electrical leads from the fan.3. Remove the clip from the gas valve toventuri pipe and ease the pipe upwards,rotate and ease down to remove.4. Loosen the screw retaining the fanmounting bracket.5. Lift and remove the fan and venturiassembly.6. Remove the 2 injector housing screws.7. Withdraw the injector housing.8. Fit the new injector housing complete withinjector.9. Reassemble in reverse order, ensuringthat the new gas seal supplied is locatedcorrectly in the injector housing.10. Check that the boiler operates in both DHW& CH modes.43 33.11 BURNER REPLACEMENT5561. See Section 3.8.2. Refer to Section 3.4.3. Undo the two screws and remove the sump cover.4. Lift the manifold to clear the bottom sealing gasket and removemanifold.5. Remove the 2 front fixing screws and loosen the 2 rearextended nuts.6. Lift off the burner from the combustion chamber. To facilitatethe removal angle the burner as shown.7. Fit the new burner, replacing any damaged or deterioratingsealing gasket.8. Reassemble in reverse order.9.
