9.1 Confirming Setting conditions9-1HW0480311HW04803119 Failure AnalysesConfirm that the junctions between the metal receptacle and the cable, and the connectors onthe printed boards are connected securely. Then, take corrective action by referring to "Table. 11 Check Items ", " Table. 12 Failure Analyses for Welding Section ", and " Table. 13Fault Analyses for Electrical Circuit Section ". If the equipment does not function properlyeven after the corrective action, contact your Yaskawa representative to investigate the causeand to repair as soon as possible.9.1 Confirming Setting conditionsIf any fault occurs, check the following items in " Table. 11 Check Items ". Afterwards, takeproper corrective actions in " Table. 12 Failure Analyses for Welding Section "."• Before maintenance, inspection, or wiring, be sure to turn OFF theswitch in the primary side switch gear and put up a warning sign. (ex.DO NOT TURN THE POWER ON.)Failure to observe this warning may result in electric shock or injury.• To connect a nylon connector, insert the connector after matching theconnector number and confirm that it is locked. Do not apply excessiveforce to the printed board when inserting the connector. Never changethe positions of the internal wiring or modify the connections.Failure to observe this caution may result in device problems.Table. 11 Check ItemsItem ContentsWelding type Check if the welding type suitable for material and the wire diameter or shieldinggas has been selected.Parameter Check that changing of parameters does not lead to the error in welding operation.After recording the changed parameters, return the data to the initial values andcheck how welding is performed.WARNINGCAUTION73/129 |
