2.2 CPU UnitTemperature Sensor2-132 Appearances and PartsThere are three levels of alarms, as shown in the following table.Temperature SensorA temperature sensor is built into the CPU-202 CPU Unit.The temperature sensor constantly monitors for abnormal temperatures in the CPU-202 Unit.
