When you have selected the stream type, the XRN unit will reboot.When rebooted, navigate to the main menu and go the‘Setting-Channel-Video Parameters’.Then, you can change your main stream and sub stream to match the new stream settings.Under video parameters, change between main stream and sub stream settings for each channel. TheXRN1609, XRN2016 and XRN3625, when in 1 or 4 screens use the main stream to display. If the display isset to 9/16/25/36 screens, the sub stream is used. For the XRN0808E, in single view the main stream isused and when display is set to 4/9 split view, the sub stream is used.The recommended Bit rate for main stream is the following:For 720P IP camera: 3072KbpsFor 1080P IP camera: 4096KbpsFor example, if the XRN2016 is in the mode of 16x [1920*1080] +sub [640*480] +4Ref. +4Play, it supports asub stream of 640x480 maximum, so the correct resolution of the sub stream you have to setup is 640x480(VGA), or Q720P/QVGA/CIF.If the resolution is set to higher, there will be no image displayed through HDMI and VGA output whenthe XRN displays in multi-screens (9/16/25/36 screens). The recommended bit rate under Sub stream is512Kbps or less.The example below shows live image support for XRN2016.
