Use telnet with CLI command.5.1.2. Password ConfigurationThere are two levels to access to phone: root level and general level. User withroot level can browse and set all configuration parameters, while user with generallevel can set all configuration parameters except SIP (1-2) or IAX2’s that someparameters can not be changed, such as server address and port. User will hasdifferent access level with different username and password.
