Flow Rate (gpm) to Drain During Regeneration Cycle 2.0* Canada working pressure limits: 1.4 – 7.0 kg/cm2This softener conforms to NSF/ANSI 44 for the specific performance claims as verified and substantiated by test data. This model is efficiency rated. The efficiency rating is validonly at the stated salt dose. It has a demand initiated regeneration (D.I.R.) feature that complies with specific performance specifications intended to minimize the amount ofregenerant brine and water used in their operation. This softener has a rated softener efficiency of not less than 3,350 grains of total hardness exchange per pound of salt (based onsodium chloride) and shall not deliver more salt than its listed ratings or be operated at a sustained maximum service flow rate greater than its listed rating. The rated salt efficiency ismeasured by laboratory tests described in NSF/ANSI Standard 44. These tests represent the maximum possible efficiency that the systems can achieve. Operational efficiency is theactual efficiency after the system has been installed. It is typically less than the efficiency due to individual application factors including water hardness, water usage, and othercontaminants that reduce the softener’s capacity.IMPORTANT: Consult Installation and Operation Manual for California efficiency requirements. This system is not intended for treating water that is microbiologicallyunsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system. For best results use clean grades of water softener salt. Refer to Installation and OperationManual for warranty or further details on installation and maintenance, user’s responsibility, parts and service, and any further restrictions, or limitations to the use of the product.Systems tested and certified by the WaterQuality Association against CSA B483.1.Systems tested and certified by NSF International againstNSF/ANSI Standard 44 for hardness reduction and efficiency.Manufactured and warranted by Ecodyne Water Systems1890 Woodlane DriveWoodbury, MN 55125 05/31/11 (Rev.
