Only qualified andauthorized personnel who fully understand thefunction's operation, output and risks, should usethe Sanitization function, and only as part of andin compliance with, a thermal eradication protocolsafely and properly designed by the owner or man-ager of the water distribution system. The owneror manager of the water distribution system hassole responsibility to protect end-users, facilityemployees or contractors, personnel performingthe Sanitization, and bystanders from scalding,burning, thermal shock, or other hazards frompossible exposure to water or any parts of thewater distribution system during Sanitization andcool down period, until system water returns to asafe and proper outlet water temperature set point.Always read and follow the User Guide & InstructionManual.DANGER!The Sanitization function produces high water temperatures and is intended ONLY for use as part of auser-directed, controlled and supervised thermal eradication protocol that has been safely and properlydesigned to help limit water-borne bacteria within the tempered water distribution system. The instructionscontained in this Manual for the Sanitization function are not intended to be a thermal eradication protocol.Selecting, directing, and controlling a safe and properly designed thermal eradication protocol is thesole responsibility of the people who own, manage or control the water distribution system.
