Introduction to the HMT1408 VAISALAIntroduction to the HMT140The Vaisala HMT140 Wi-Fi Data Logger measures relativehumidity and temperature using the connected probe andanalog signals – RTD, Voltage, Current Loops and BooleanContacts. It is powered with three 3.6 volt DC batteries (oran optional 9-30VDC power supply), outputs data viawireless transmission, and comes with or without anoptional LCD display. The HMT140 supports several different signal measurements(channels), which are monitored in viewLinc:• Relative Humidity (RH)• Temperature (T)• Switch Contact• Voltage and Current.Channel types are set at the factory during time of order.Other wireless parameters can be changed at a later dateusing an HMT140 Configuration Cable and HMT140 Utilitysoftware.ModelsThe following HMT140 models and options are available:• HMT141: Vaisala Humicap Humidity and Temp Probe(RH/T)• HMT143: Dual RTD Temperature Inputs w/5M Probes(-90C to 90C)• HMT144: Voltage Inputs (0-5 VDC)• HMT145: Voltage inputs (0-10 VDC)• HMT146: Current Inputs (0-20 mA)• HMT147: Boolean Inputs• HMT148: RTD Temperature Input w/5M Probe &Boolean InputHMT14C: RTD Inputs (customer-supplied Probe)HMT14D: RTD and Current InputsHMT14E: RTD and Voltage Inputs (0-5 VDC)HMT14F: RTD and Voltage Inputs (0-10 VDC)••••
