DURING THIS PERIOD, TACP WILL, ATTACP’S OPTION, REPAIR OR REPLACE A DEFECTIVE PICTURETUBE WITH A NEW OR REFURBISHED PICTURE TUBEWITHOUT CHARGE TO YOU. LABOR CHARGES FOR PICTURETUBE REPLACEMENT ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THISWARRANTY AFTER ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF THEORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE.
