Before use, fully charge the battery byconnecting the unit to a computer or other devices made for USB charging through the included USBcable.Plug the micro USB end of the included USB cable into the USB port, marked ‘• ’ on the backof this unit.Plug the other end into a USB port on your computer or other devices made for USB charging.•The LED will glow red when charging. When the battery is full, it will glow blue. Since the pairing procedure can vary bydevice, please consult the Owner’s manual of your device.Putting the unit into pairing mode■Press and hold the1 [Power ON/OFF] button to turn on the unit.You will hear “Power On sound”.•Press and hold the2 button on this unit until the light on the front starts blinking red and blue.This indicates that it is in pairing mode.•Once your device has detected the speaker, select “Toshiba TY-SP3”.3If a security code is required for pairing, enter “0000”•NoteThis unit will stay in pairing mode for 1 minutes. If you do not complete the next steps before then, turn•off the unit by pressing and hold the [Power ON/OFF] button, and then back to ON. Repeat step 2.Controlling playback when connected via Bluetooth■ ®VOLUME Using the volume controls on the top of this unit, push the button toincrease volume and the button to decrease volume.PAUSE MUSIC Press the button to pause playback, and then press the button again toresume music.PLAYBACK CONTROL Press and hold / button then you can control next and previous skipcontrol.Taking calls on connected to this unit■When you receive an incoming call, an alert will sound from the unit. If you are listening to music fromyour Phone, the music will automatically pause.Before the speakerphone feature of this unit can be used, you will need to pair and link your Bluetooth®-enabled phone with this unit. Please refer to “Putting the unit into pairing mode”.To accept a callYou can accept a call as you usually do, using your phone controls or press button of the unit. Speaknormally.
