English9How to use ultra shot and hanger shotYou can do shots when the Steam / Dry lever is in the Dry, Steam, or Shower position.zz We recommend regular ironing to remove the wrinkles from cotton and linen.Wrinkles may be difficult to remove, depending on the amount of wrinkles, thickness and kind of the fiber.Ultra shot You can remove wrinkles from woolen clothesand give a fluffy finish to suits, sweaters, andother woolen clothes with a blast of steam.HangershotYou can use an ultra shot vertically. You canremove wrinkles from suits and other woolenclothes while hanging clothing on a hanger.Fluffy finishThis is effective if you holdthe iron close to the clothing,and move it as if you wererubbing its surface.zz Hold the iron horizontally, and press the Shot button atabout 2 to 5 second intervals.zz If you do it shorter than 2 second intervals, drops of hot watermay come out and cause burns or stain clothing.zz Hold the iron upright, and press the Shot button at about2 to 5 second intervals.zz If you do it shorter than 2 second intervals, drops of hot watermay come out and cause burns or stain clothing.Attentionzz Return the iron to the stand to recharge if shots are weak, or the button is hard to press while you are doing shots. (Once you removethe iron from the stand, you can do about 7 to 10 shots. If you do more than 10 shots in a row, drops of hot water may come out.)zz Ultra shots are stronger than steam, so be careful of burns.zz When the water in the water tank is running low and shots have trouble coming out, refill the water tank up to the full mark.zz If a shot does not come out the first time you use it, press the Shot button a few more times.zz Do not tilt the iron or turn it upside down. Water may leak out if you do so.Things you should know!zz White powder may come out when shots (ultra shots and hanger shots) come out, but this is not abnormal. This is because theforce of the shot when it comes out has cleaned the steam chamber. If the white powder gets on your clothes, brush it off.zz When you press the button to do shots you may hear a squeaking noise, but this is not abnormal.zz If you shake the iron, you may hear a rattling noise. This is a sound of valve moving and is not abnormal.zz While you are using the iron, you may hear a clicking noise. This is a sound of the automatic temperature adjuster or the Anti-DripSystem (Automatic water valve) valve moving and is not abnormal. |
