It has a 8 bit interface circuit. It generatesall timing signals for display with on−chip oscillator. It receives 8bit data from a MPU, laches the data to on−chip RAM, anddisplay the image on LCD (The data on the display RAMcorrespond to the dots of display.). It has 128 column driveroutputs and 64 row driver outputs so as to drive 128 dots by 64dots LCD on a single.
