VI. TROUBLESHOOTINGFor oil spots on the cooker plate, wipe the cooker plate byusing a soft moist cloth with a little tooth paste or mild deter-gent. And then use a soft moist cloth to wipe it until no stainremains.When not using it for a long time, please disconnect thepower plug from the power outlet and protect theinduction cooker from any dust or bugs.Note: Please do not rinse it with water.Abnormalities Key checking points and trouble shootingIs the power plug properly connected?Is the switch, power outlet, fuse or power corddamaged?Is the pot material proper?Is the appliance in a "Preset" working status?For other causes, please take the appliance to arepairing and maintenance site to be fixed.Code of failureE3 E6 EAE7 E8Wait a moment and press the "ON/OFF" button when thetemperature of the hotplate becomes normal,the inductionhotplate will operate as usual.E1 E2 E4U1E5 EbTurn off the hotplate, when the voltage becomesnormal, and then turn on the hotplate, it will operate asusual.Please contact the special maintenance department.EmergencyDuring using, if there are some abnormal cases, please unplug immediately anddisconnect power.For any failure of the product, please contact the specialmaintenance department or the customer service center.After plugging in the power cord andpressing the "ON/OFF" key. the indicatorand display do not light up.Heating suddenly stops during theprocess.The "ON/OFF" indicator lights up and thedisplay works normally, but heating doesnot start.Is the temperature of the oil too high when fryingdishes?Is the temperature of the surroundings very high?Is the air inlet or air outlet of the induction cookerblocked?Is the default heating time of the induction cookerover?The self-safety protection of the induction cookerstarts, wait for several minutes and connect powerto use it.11 |
