This warranty extends only to the originalpurchaser and cannot be transferred to anyone. This warranty appliesonly to Products that are new and in cartons which are unopened onthe date of purchase. During the warranty period, Toshiba will, at itsoption, repair or replace the Product should it fails during normal andproper use.
