YOU MUST PAY FOR ALL TRANSPORTATIONAND INSURANCE CHARGES FOR THE LCD TELEVISION TOAND FROM THE SERVICE DEPOT.Limited One (1) Year Warranty on Parts*TCL further warrants the parts in this LCD TV against defects inmaterials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year after thedate of original retail purchase. Receptionproblems caused by inadequate antenna systems are yourresponsibility.(5) Warranties extend only to defects in materials or workman-ship as limited above and do not extend to any LCD TV orparts that have been lost or discarded by you or to damageto LCD TV or parts caused by misuse, accident, Acts ofGod (such as lightning or fluctuations in electric power),improper installation, improper maintenance, or use in vio-lation of instructions furnished by TCL; or to units that havebeen modified or had the serial number removed, altered,defaced, or rendered illegible.How to Obtain Warranty ServicesIf. after following all of the operating instructions in this manualand checking the “Troubleshooting” section, you find that serviceis needed:(1) To find the nearest TCL Authorized Service Depot, visitTCL’s web site: www.Toshiba.ca.(2) Present your bill of sale or other proof of purchase to theAuthorized Service Depot. You must deliver the entire LCDtelevision to an Authorized TCL Service Depot. You mustpay for all transportation and insurance charge for the LCDtelevision to and from the Service Depot.ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY THE LAW OF ANY PROV-INCE OF CANADA, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIESOF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULARPURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATIONOF THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE, WITHTHE EXCEPTION OF ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY THELAW OF ANY PROVINCE OF CANADA AS HEREBY LIMITED.THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEUOF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES, AGREE-MENTS AND SIMILAR OBLIGATIONS OF TCL WITHRESPECT TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANYPARTS.
