TroubleshootingPerform only the steps described in these instructions. All further inspection, maintenance, and repair workmust be performed by an authorized service center or a similarly qualified specialist if you cannot solve theproblem yourself.Problem Possible Cause Corrective Action1. The battery pack is low on charge. 1. Charge the battery pack.2. The battery is not fully installed in themachine.2. Remove and then reseat the batteryinto the machine, making sure that it isfully installed and latched.3. The battery pack is over or under theappropriate temperature range.3. Move the battery pack to a placewhere it is dry and the temperature isbetween 5°C (41°F) and 40°C (104°F).4. The battery pack has exceeded highamperage limits.4. Release the trigger, then press thetrigger switch.5. There is moisture on the leads of thebattery pack.5. Allow the battery pack to dry or wipe itdry.6. The battery pack is damaged. 6. Replace the battery pack.The machine does not run or does not runcontinuously.7. There is another electrical problemwith the machine.7. Contact your Authorized ServiceDealer.1. The battery pack charge capacity istoo low.1. Remove the battery pack from themachine and fully charge the batterypack.The machine does not reach full power.2. The air vents are blocked. 2. Clean the air vents.1. The machine is overloaded. 1. Push the machine with less force, orat a slower pace.2. You are trying to remove too muchsnow per swath.2. Reduce the amount of snow removedper swath.3. You are trying to remove extremelyheavy or wet snow.3. Do not overload the machine withextremely heavy or wet snow.4. The discharge chute is plugged. 4. Unclog the discharge chute.5. The auger/impeller drive belt is looseor is off the pulley.5. Install and/or adjust the auger/impellerdrive belt; refer to www.Toro.comfor servicing information or take themachine to an Authorized ServiceDealer.The machine runs, but the machinedischarges snow poorly or not at all.6. The auger/impeller drive belt is wornor broken.6. Replace the auger/impeller drive belt;refer to www.Toro.com for servicinginformation or take the machine to anAuthorized Service Dealer.1. The battery pack is over or under theappropriate temperature range.1.
