Changing the Engine OilService Interval: Every 100 hours (more often in dirtyor dusty conditions).Note: Dispose of the used oil at a recycling center.1. Park the machine so that the rear is slightlylower than the front to ensure that the oil drainscompletely.2. Move the speed-control lever to the NEUTRALposition to stop the machine.3. Disengage the PTO, engage the parking brake,shut off the engine, and wait for all moving partsto stop.g032754Figure 324. Slowly pour approximately 80% of the specifiedoil into the filler tube and slowly add theadditional oil to bring it to the full mark on thedipstick (Figure 31).5. Start the engine and drive to a flat area. Wait3 minutes for oil to settle into the crankcase.Check the oil level again (Figure 31).6.
