Note that if you attemptto shoot with moisture remaininginside the lens, you will be unable torecord clear images.On the internalrechargeable batteryThis camera has an internalrechargeable battery for maintainingthe date and time and other settingsregardless of whether the power ison or off, or the battery is installedor not. This rechargeable battery iscontinually charged as long as youare using the camera. However, ifyou use the camera for only shortperiods, it gradually discharges. Ifyou do not use the camera at all forabout three months it becomescompletely discharged. In this case,be sure to charge this rechargeablebattery before using the camera.However, even if this rechargeablebattery is not charged, you can stilluse the camera as long as you do notrecord the date and time. If thecamera resets to the default settingseach time you charge the batterypack, the internal rechargeablebattery may be dead.
