LIMITED WARRANTYSony Electronics Inc. (“Sony”) warrants this product (including any accessories) against defects in mate-rial or workmanship for the time periods and as set forth below. Pursuant to this Limited Warranty, Sonywill, at its option, (i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts or (ii) replace the product with arefurbished product. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies. For purposes of thisLimited Warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been returned to its original specifica-tions.Labor: For a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase of the product (“Labor Warranty”),Sony will, at its option, repair or replace with refurbished product, product determined to be defective. IfSony elects to replace the product after this Labor Warranty has expired but while the Parts Warrantybelow is still in effect, it will do so for the applicable labor charge.Parts: For a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase of product (“Parts Warranty”),Sony will supply new or refurbished replacement parts in exchange for parts determined to be defective,except that for the LCD Projector Lamp the period will be ninety (90) days from the original date of pur-chase of the product.Accessories: Included accessories are covered by this Limited Warranty for a period of one (1) year fromthe original date of purchase of the product.Instructions: To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product, freight prepaid, in either its originalpackaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection to the Sony authorized service facilityspecified. A dated purchase receipt is required.
