Prepare the Computer.CAUTION: Make sure thecomputer is turned off, the lid isclosed, and the AC Adapter isdisconnected. Failure to do so canresult in damage to the computer.Place the computer upside down ona protected surface with the HDDbay facing you.Step 2. Remove the Battery Pack.Locate the battery door and unlock it.With your thumbs, pull the battery inthe release direction as shown in thepicture.Step 3. Remove completely thebattery pack from the computer andset aside.These easy instructions are intended to guide you through the replacement process.9 To avoid electric shock please make sure product is turned off and AC Adaptor is disconnectedfrom the power source.
