Check the following:The UPDATE indicator continues flashing in orange.The software update has failed. Update using a USB flash drive. To update using a USB flash drive, see “Manual updatevia a USB flash drive (when the update via a network has failed).”None of the buttons can be operated, and the speaker does not turn off even if the (power)/ PAIRING button istapped.The speaker may be in the protect mode. Unplug the AC power cord of the speaker, and unplug all other items connectedto the speaker. Then, plug the AC power cord in again and turn on the speaker.
