2-13HDW-700AE MMP12-6. Ejecting the Cassette TapeManually1. Turn off the power switch.2. Open the cover of the outside panel as shown.3. Turn the gear counterclockwise until the front lidopens while pushing the gear using a Phillips typescrewdriver.4. The front lid opens and the cassette tape can beejected.n. Do not turn the gear after the front lid has opened.. Closing the front lidThe front lid cannot be closed and locked in the abovestatus.Perform either of the following steps to close and lockthe front lid.(1) Turn on the power switch.(2) Turn the gear slightly in the clockwise direction.If the foregoing steps cannot be performed, perform thefollowing procedure.1. Remove the front lid and outside panel.(Refer to section 2-3.)Remove the DC-DC converter in the direction of thearrow.2. With the cassette lid of the tape raised, raise thecassette compartment. (For details of how to raise thecassette compartment, refer to section 2-6.)3. Remove the cassette tape carefully to prevent damage.nWhen installing the DC-DC converter, make sure that theposition and direction of the RE-140 board are appropriate,and then insert it into the groove of the chassis.2-6.
