66Audio Output SignalsThe audio output differs as follows, depending on the source, output jack, and the selectedsettings.*1 When “Audio Output Priority” is set to “StereoAnalog,” LPCM 2ch signals are output fromeach jack.*2 When “Audio Output Priority” is set to “HDMI,”“Coaxial/Optical” or “Multi Channel Analog,”LPCM 2ch signals are output from jacks otherthan the selected jack.*3 Auto: when “Audio (HDMI)” is set to “Auto” inthe “Audio Settings” setup (page 49).2ch PCM: when “Audio (HDMI)” is set to “2chPCM” in the “Audio Settings” setup (page 49).*4 Bitstream: when “Dolby Digital” is set to“Dolby Digital” or “DTS” is set to “DTS” in the“Audio Settings” setup (page 46).*5 When “BD Audio Setting” is set to “Direct,”audio recorded by the source is output bybitstream.
