You can also initiate voice calling from consulta-tion. The following functions are available:• System-wide voice calling• Voice calling in a group• Announcement to all members of a line groupYou can abort voice calling or the announcement by re-placing the handset or pressing the line key or by pick-ing up the call on hold during consultation.For all functions ensure that the voice callingprotection for the telephones in question hasbeen de-activated. With optiPoint 410 entry,voice-call protection is de-activated via a key thathas been installed by the system administration.If a user is voice called and his or her voice-callprotection has been activated, voice calling is ig-nored and a normal call is put through instead.All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com
