10What to do in the event of a faultMalfunctions often have simple explanations. Please read thefollowing notes before calling the after-sales service.: Risk of electric shock!Incorrect repairs are dangerous. Repairs may only be carriedout and damaged power cables replaced by one of our trainedafter-sales technicians. If the appliance is defective, unplug theappliance from the mains or switch off the circuit breaker in thefuse box. Contact the after-sales service.LED lightsDefective LED lights must only be replaced by themanufacturer, their customer service department or a licensedtechnician (electrician).What to do if water gets inIf water gets in to the appliance during cooking or cleaning,proceed as follows:1. Switch off the appliance.2. Open the floor cupboard and mop up leaking water.3. Leave the appliance switched off for 24 hours.After this time, the appliance can be used again withoutrestrictions.Malfunction table--------Problem Possible cause Solution‚‚ is shown onthe display.The safety switch-off function is deac-tivated. With thesafety switch-offfunction deacti-vated, the appli-ance extends andretracts and will beready to use againafter around30 seconds.: Risk of injury!Risk of crushingwhen the applianceis extending andretracting.
