Messages (SMS)38Create a word using T9Since the display changes as youproceed it is best if you finish a wordwithout looking at the display.You simply press the keys where therelevant letter is located once only.For "hotel", for example:# Press briefly for T9 Abc then468351 Press. A blank ends aword.Do not use special characters such asÄ but write the standard character,e.g. A, T9 will do the rest for you.T9 word suggestionsIf several options are found in thedictionary for a key sequence (aword), the most probable is dis-played first. If the word you want hasnot been recognised, the next sug-gestion from T9 may be correct.The word must be §highlighted§.Then press» The displayed word is re-placed with a differentword. If this word is alsoincorrect,» press again. Repeat untilthe correct word is dis-played.If the word you want is not in the dic-tionary, it may be written withoutT9.To add a word to the dictionary:§Spell§ Select.The last suggestion is deleted andthe word may now be entered with-out T9 support. Press §Save§ to add itautomatically to the dictionary.Note0 Full stop. Ends a word when ablank follows.
