The kit consists ofa service box, a 115 Vac or 230 Vac to 24 Vactransformer, a power switch, a 115 Vac or 230 Vacmounting plate, a service box cover, and a wire cover.Product Numbers549-506 Service Box with two 24V connections,115V549-507 Service Box with two 24V connections,230VRequired Tools and Material• Medium Phillips screwdriver• 11/32-inch nutdriver• 7/16-inch nutdriverExpected Installation Time25 MinutesWarning/Caution NotationsWARNING: Personal injury/loss of life mayoccur if a procedure is notperformed as specified.CAUTION: Equipment damage, or loss ofdata may occur if the userdoes not follow procedure asspecified.WARNING:This installation should only be done bya qualified electrician.WARNING:Turn off AC power to the Enclosure ata circuit breaker panel.InstructionsNOTE: Where applicable, the numbers in Figures 1, 2,and 3 correspond to the numbered instructions.1. Be sure the AC power to the Enclosure at thecircuit breaker panel is OFF.2. Place the service box in the right side of theenclosure.3. Fasten the service box inside the enclosure withthe three locknuts (two on top and one on thebottom).4. Connect the ground wires and fasten the locknutinside the service box, sandwiching the wiresbetween washers.NOTE: For installations requiring CE Compliance,place an included IEC Ground Symbollabel near the ground wire connection.5. Connect the ground wire at the top of the servicebox with a locknut.NOTE: For installations requiring CE Compliance,place an included IEC Ground Symbollabel near the ground wire connection.6. Connect the AC hot and AC neutral (black andwhite) wires with wire nuts.7. Place the service box cover on the service boxand fasten the three screws.8. Fasten the wire cover to the top of the service box.9. Restore power to the enclosure at the circuitbreaker panel.The installation is now complete.
