(Sharpdesk allows multiple originals to bescanned in a single operation.)CHECK7 Does your computer's operating systemsupport the scanner driver?The operating systems that support the unit's scanner driverare Windows 98/Me/2000/XP.CHECK8 Are you using an appropriate interface?Only the USB interface can be used for the unit's scanningfunction. Make sure the unit is connected to your computerwith a USB cable. If the unit was connected to yourcomputer with a parallel cable when you installed theSHARP Personal MFP series software, uninstall theSHARP Personal MFP Series software.
