In this chapter, you will learn how to install them and how to use theOnline Manual.The following term is used in this chapter.CD-ROMMeans the supplied CD-ROM with the AJ-2100 Series Software.Be sure to read the Readme file before installing the printer driver.(The location of the Readme file; CD-ROM - Readme folder - English folder - Readme)HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTSCheck the following hardware and software requirements in order to install the AJ-2100series Printer Driver.INSTALLING THE PRINTER DRIVERThe AJ-2100 series printer driver is provided on a CD-ROM.1 Make sure that the printer is connected to your computer byUSB cable.2 Turn on the printer, and then turn on your computer.3 Insert the supplied CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive.4 Double-click the CD-ROM icon on the desktop.5 Double-click the "Installer" icon.6 Check if the appropriate language has been selected, and thenclick the "Next" button.Normally, the correct language is selected automatically.7 After confirming the message on the screen, click the "Install"button and then click the "Continue..." button.Computer type Models equipped with USB interface as standardOperating system Mac OS 8.5 or laterDisplay 640 x 480dots (VGA) or betterHard disk free space 10MB or moreOther requirement for hardware An environment on which any of the operatingsystems listed above can fully operate
