Manufactured to a high standard, this product will, if used according to theseinstructions, and properly maintained, give you years of trouble free performance.IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. NOTE THE SAFE OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS, WARNINGS & CAUTIONS. USETHE PRODUCT CORRECTLY AND WITH CARE FOR THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH IT IS INTENDED. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY CAUSE DAMAGE AND/ORPERSONAL INJURY AND WILL INVALIDATE THE WARRANTY. KEEP THESE INSTRUCTIONS SAFE FOR FUTURE USE.1. SAFETY WARNING! Disconnect the gun from the air supply before changing accessories, servicing or performing any maintenance.9 Maintain the gun in good condition. Replace or repair damaged parts. Use recommended parts only. Unauthorised parts may bedangerous and will invalidate the warranty.9 Keep the gun clean and rinse out nozzle, quick-release coupling and suction pipes with thinner after use. WARNING! If the gun components become blocked there is a danger of excessive pressure build-up causing the canister to burst.9 Locate the gun in a suitable work area. Keep area clean and tidy and free from unrelated materials and ensure that there is adequatelighting.9 Remove ill fitting clothing. Remove ties, watches, rings, and other loose jewellery, and contain long hair.9 Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.9 When not in use ensure that the air supply is turned off and the gun is disconnected.9 Avoid unintentional operation.9 Ensure that wax manufacturer’s instructions are carefully followed.8 DO NOT place attachments close to your face (especially eyes, ears, etc.).8 DO NOT carry by the air hose, or yank the hose or the gun from the air supply.8 DO NOT use the gun for any purpose other than for which it is designed and DO NOT fill with any other fluid or liquid.8 DO NOT operate the gun if it is damaged.8 DO NOT direct air from the air hose at yourself or others.9 Always wear suitable safety protection when using this equipment. Please refer to the Safety Products section of our catalogue.9 When not in use, disconnect from the air supply and store in a safe, dry, childproof area.2. AIR SUPPLY4.1. Recommended hook-up.4.2. Ensure that the air valve is in the “off” position before connecting to the air supply. WARNING! Ensure air supply does not exceed specified figure (see above). Too high anair pressure and unclean air will shorten the product life due to excessive wear, and may bedangerous causing possible damage and/or personal injury.4.3. Drain the compressor air supply tank daily. Water in the air line will damage equipment andwill invalidate your warranty.4.4. Clean the compressor air inlet filter screen weekly.4.5. Line pressure should be increased to compensate forunusually long air hoses (over 8 metres). The minimumhose bore should be 10mm and fittings must have similarinside dimensions.4.6. Keep hoses away from heat, oil and sharp edges.
