DO NOT attempt to dismantle the strut under anycircumstances until the spring compressors are in place andthe spring has been sufficiently compressed. Familiarise yourself with the applications, limitations andpotential hazards of this spring compressor set. Maintain the spring compressor set in good condition. Replace orrepair damaged parts. Use genuine parts only. Unauthorisedparts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty. Keep the work area clean, uncluttered and ensure there isadequate lighting. WARNING! Wear approved safety eye protection (standardspectacles are not adequate). Maintain correct balance and footing. Ensure the floor is notslippery and wear non-slip shoes. Remove ill fitting clothes. Remove ties, watches, rings and otherloose jewellery. Contain or tie back long hair. Wear appropriate protective clothing. Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the workingarea. Ensure jaws are correctly engaged on spring before commencingcompression. Ensure the jaws and the body of the compressor are correctlyaligned at all times during spring compression. DANGER! Stop compressing the spring before it becomes coilbound. DO NOT leave compressed spring unattended. DO NOT operate spring compressor set if parts are damaged or missing as this may cause failure and/orpersonal injury. DO NOT use the spring compressor set for a task it was not designed to perform. DO NOT allow untrained persons to use the spring compressor set. DO NOT operate spring compressor set if you are tired, or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or intoxicatingmedication. WARNING!
