52 EnglishTroubleshootingTroubleshootingProblem ActionFills with the wrongtemperature water.ŷ Fully open both water taps.ŷ Make sure the temperature selection is correct.ŷ Make sure the hoses are connected to the correct water taps.Flush water lines.ŷ Disconnect the hoses and clean the screens. The hose filterscreens may be clogged.ŷ While the washing machine fills, the water temperature maychange as the automatic temperature control feature checksincoming water temperature. This is normal.ŷ While the washing machine fills, you may notice just hot and/or just cold water going through the dispenser when cold orwarm temperatures are selected.This is a normal function of the automatic temperaturecontrol feature as the washing machine determines the watertemperature.Door (Lid) locked orwill not open.ŷ While the washing machine is operating, press or tap Start/Pause to stop the washing machine.ŷ It may take a few moments for the door lock mechanism todisengage.Does not drain and/or spin.ŷ Check the fuse or reset the circuit breaker.ŷ Make sure the electrical voltage is normal.ŷ Make sure the washing machine is plugged in.ŷ Make sure the drain hose is pointed downward. (Natural drainmodels only)ŷ Make sure the drain hose is not clogged.ŷ Make sure the drain hose is not kinked.ŷ Straighten the drain hose. If there is a drain restriction, call forservice.ŷ Close the door, and press or tap Start/Pause. For your safety,the washing machine will not spin unless the door is closed.Load is wet at the endof the cycle.ŷ Use the High or Extra High spin speed. (Applicable modelonly)ŷ Use high efficiency (HE) detergent to reduce oversudsing.ŷ Load is too small. Small loads (one or two items) may becomeunbalanced and not spin completely.
