The lens is focused when the greenlamp turns on.If a subject is between 0.74m (2.4ft) and 1m (3.28ft), the green lamp blinksslowly and Macro mode is set automatically. (Refer to page 41)If a subject is within 0.74m (2.4ft), the green lamp blinks quickly to indicate thatthe subject is too close and the shutter is locked. Ensure that the camerasubject distance is 0.74m or more.Press the Shutter button all the way down to take a picture.The film will automatically advance after shooting and the frame counter willadvance.NOTEWhen the flash is being charged, the flash indicator ( AUTO) on the LCDpanel blinks and the shutter will not operate.When the Red LED blinks, use a tripod or steady support to avoid camera shake.In order to avoid camera shake, hold the camera steadily and press the Shutterbutton gently, particularly when using longer focal lengths.(Tele)After taking pictures, turn off the camera. This will protect the lens and preventunintended shots. (If not used for 3 minutes, the camera will turn offautomatically).In such a case, the power will be turn off with zoom lens move into the cameraautomatically while the Shutter button is operate.
