English 25Installation instructionsTo start the broil and roast burners:1. Rotate the mode selector knobfrom OFF to Convection Bake,Convection Roast, Pro Convection .2. Rotate the temperature selector knobfrom the OFF position to change thetemperature. You can set the oven toany temperature from LO to 550 °F.• The gas oven preheats until itreaches the temperature you set.• When preheating is complete, placethe food in the gas oven, and thenclose the door.3. When cooking is complete, rotate bothmode and temperature selector knobsto the OFF position, and then take outthe food.NOTETo change the temperature during cooking, use the temperature selector knob.3. Place the left and right surface burnergrates on the cooktop. The edges of thegrates should match up with the edgesof the cooktop.NOTE• Grates should be placed on itsown position because they are notinterchangeable.• You can recognize the right position ofthe grates by checking the bottom sideof each. Look for engraved position onright and left grate, “RIGHT REAR” and“LEFT REAR” respectively.• The grates are heavy. Be careful whilehandling the grates.Step 8. Check the ignition of surface burners and oven burnersCheck the operation of all cooktop and oven burners after the range has beeninstalled and assembled, gas supply lines have been carefully checked for leaks,and electrical power cord has been plugged in.All surface and oven burners have electronic ignition.To turn on a surface burner:1. Push in the control knob, and thenturn it to the LITE position. You willhear a "clicking" sound indicating theelectronic ignition system is workingproperly.2. After the surface burner lights, turnthe control knob to shift it out of theLITE position and turn off the electronicignition system.3.
