22Symptom MeasureThe SmartThings app displays the errornumber, 628.• The communication error is encountered between the indoor unitand Wi-Fi kit. Check the communication cables (F1/F2).• After installing the Wi-Fi kit, the addresses of the indoor/outdoorunits may be changed. If the problem persists after checking thecommunication cable, keep the following steps:1. Remove the device from the SmartThings app.2. Initialise the user data.Press and hold the Tracking/Reset button on the Wi-Fi kit for5 seconds until three LEDs light.3. Register the device again on the SmartThings app.Ã˵ɇЭʪɇ͔Ї̷ϩ̈ࣗЇ̈͝ϩ²ǤAϑцϑϩʪ͔ࡡɵЇϩÃʀɇ͝only see either cooling or heating option onthe indoor unit.• To avoid mixed control, the indoor unit options are automaticallyrestricted to the outdoor unit’s settings.࢘ Mixed control: Different modes are available for each indoor unit.1. To select a mode other than the current operation mode, turn offthe indoor unit to display all operation modes to select.2. When there is a master indoor unit, change the operation modeof the master unit.The LED indicator remains in its initial state.(The LED state changes within 1 minute.)1. Check the connection cable between the network PBA and theInterface module PBA.2. Even though the connection has no problem but a problempersists, replace the Wi-Fi Kit.For a Wind-Free indoor unit connected to theWi-Fi kit, the SmartThings app does notdisplay its Wind-Free function.• When you install the Wi-Fi kit and register the device with theindoor unit’s panel not assembled, the Wind-Free function is notrecognized.Keep the following steps:1. Remove the device from the SmartThings app.2. Initialise the user data.Press and hold the Tracking/Reset button on the Wi-Fi kit for 5seconds until three LEDs light.3. Register the device again on the SmartThings app.All indoor units installed do not appear on theSmartThings app.• When the central control is disabled, the indoor unit does notappear.• When you install the Wi-Fi kit with indoor units installed partially,the indoor units installed later do not appear.Keep the following steps:1. Check the central control option on the indoor units.2. Remove the device from the SmartThings app.3. Initialise the user data.Press and hold the Tracking/Reset button on the Wi-Fi kit for5 seconds until three LEDs light.4. Register the device again on the SmartThings app.Troubleshooting
