The battery may discharge 2-3 times faster than this referenceif you use the recording start/stop, the zoom, and the playbackfunctions. Prepare additional batteries with the expectation that theactual recording time is about 1/3 to 1/2 of the times listed above.Using an AC power sourceWe recommend that you use the AC power adaptor to power thecamcorder from a household AC outlet when recording and playingthe camcorder indoors. The connection is the same as that forbattery charging. page 20The charging time will vary depending on the charge remaining in thebattery.Depending on your PC specifications, the charging time can beprolonged.The battery is charged over 95% after about 2 hours, and theindicator color changes to green.
