SPECIAL FEATURESUsing Automatic DialingThere are two ways in storing numbers for automatic dialing: One-Touch Dialing andSpeed Dialing. One-Touch Dialing lets you touch any one of five One-Touch buttonslocated on the left of the machine’s Control Panel to dial your number automatically.Speed Dialing allows you to enter two digits to dial a number. To use this feature, followthese instructions:Storing a Number for One-Touch Dialing1Press and hold the OneTouch button that youwant to assign.The LCD momentarilydisplays the One-Touchbutton number you aregoing to assign.The LCD asks you for ate!ephone number.2Enter the number youwant to store by using theNumber Keypad.4 If there is a number or namealready assigned in the selected One-Touch button, the number or name isdisplayed. If you want to change thenumber or name, enter new number orname over the old. If not, press STOP.STORE ONE TOUCH 3TEL.:-TONE3When the number appearscorrectly in the LCD, pressENTER.The LCD asks you for aname. NAME:-4 You can enter up to 34 digits into aOne-Touch button. To insert a pausebetween digits, press REDIAL/PAUSE;a "P" appears in the display. This "P"will cause a few seconds’ pause whendialing.4 If you make a mistake, useDIRECTION 4 or ) to move the cursorto the incorrect digit and enter new oneover it.
