Battery Replacement Alarm GenerationIf an alarm that sounds like a ‘Toot~’ soundswhen opening the door using the password orcard (key tag), it is time to replace the batteries.2. Opening the Indoor Unit CoverLightly press on the battery cover of the indoor unit and push it up.3. Replacing the BatteryReplace all 8 batteries within a week of the firstalarm sound.- The unit will stop operating if the batteries are notreplaced.Although actual battery life differs depending on themanufacturer, date of production and operationenvironment, eight 1.5V AA alkaline batteries can last forone year, based on an average of 10 uses per day.Battery LifeWarningtune~8 AA batteries- If the poles of the batteries are not placed properly, the door lock will not operate normally.- Liquid leaks from batteries can damage the product. Check the batteries regularly (every 6months).- After the battery replacement alarm has sounded, password/card information cannot beregistered, changed, deleted, initialized or configured until the batteries are replaced.
