Whenanswered by the internal party, announce the caller and then hang up; thecall will be transferred.Transfer Call(consult)To ‘consult’, whilst on a call, press the transfer key and dial the requiredextension or external number. When answered you can announce who iscalling. Each press of the transfer key will alternate between calls.External TransferPress the Transfer key then dial 9 followed by the external telephonenumber. When answered by the external party, announce the caller andthen hang up; the call will be transferred.Transfer to HOLDPress the Transfer key then dial the internal extension number andimmediately press the Hold key. The call will be placed on hold at thedialled extension.Hold a callPress the Hold key and replace the handset. The call will be placed ontothe next available ‘Call’ key on your telephone. To retrieve the call, lift thehandset and press the appropriate flashing ‘Call’ key.Retrieve a callTo retreive a call at your extension, press the appropriate flashing Call,Park or Line key or dial *11. To retreive a call at another extension, dial*12 then dial the extension number where the call is on hold.Call PickupPress the Group Pickup key or dial *65 followed by the extension numberyou wish to pick up. Alternatively, if you have keys programmed forinternal extensions, pressing the appropriate flashing key will pick up thecall ringing at that extension.Conference CallingDuring a call press Conference then dial an extension or external number.When the next caller is connected, press Conference and then the nextnumber.
