English 07 Network ServicesBD-LIvE™Once the player is connected to the network, youcan enjoy various movie-related service contentsusing a BD-LIVE compliant disc.Check the size of the remaining memory.The memory device must have at least 1GBof free space to accommodate the BD-LIVEservices.Insert a Blu-ray disc that supports BD-LIVE.Select an item from various BD-LIVE servicecontents provided by the disc manufacturer.NOTEThe way you use BD-LIVE and the provided contentsmay differ, depending on the disc manufacturer.Software Upgrade NotificationWhen connected to the network, the player cannotify you if a new software version is available.Turn on the player.In the Software Upgrade menu, set AutoUpgrade Notification to On. (See page 44)If there is a new software version available, theplayer notifies you with a popup message.To upgrade the firmware, select Yes on thePop-up. The player turns off automatically,then restarts, and begins the download.(Never turn on the player manually here.)The update progress popup appears.When the update is complete, the player turnsoff again automatically.Press the POWER button to turn on theplayer.NOTEUpdate is complete when the player turns off afterrestarting.
