6 EnglishSafety InformationBe sure to remove the disc and turn off theplayer after use.Disconnect the AC power cord from the ACoutlet when you don’t intend to use the playerfor long periods of time.To clean a disc, wipe it in a straightline from the inside to the outside ofthe disc.Do not expose the player to anyliquid.When the AC plug is connected to a wall outlet,the player will still draw power (standby mode)when it is turned off.Apparatus must not be exposed to dripping orsplashing and no objects filled with liquids, suchas vases, should be placed on the apparatus.The main plug is used as a disconnect deviceand shall stay readily operable at any time.Maintenance of CabinetFor safety reasons, be sure to disconnect the ACpower cord from the AC outlet before cleaning.Do not use benzene, thinner, or other solventsfor cleaning.Wipe the cabinet with a soft, dry cloth.Restrictions on PlaybackThis player may not respond to all operatingcommands because some Blu-ray, DVD andCD discs allow specific or limited operation andfeatures during playback.Please note that this is not a defect in theplayer.Samsung cannot assure that this player willplay every disc bearing the Blu-ray Disc, DVDor CD logo because disc formats evolve, andproblems and errors may occur during thecreation of Blu-ray Disc, DVD, CD softwareand/or the manufacture of discs.Please contact the SAMSUNG customer carecenter if you have questions or encounterdifficulty in playing Blu-ray, DVD, or CD discsin this player.
