Quick Start GuideBluetooth Stereo HeadsetSBH500Thank you for purchasing the Samsung BluetoothStereo Headset SBH500, we hope you will be delightedwith its operation.Take a moment before you get started to familiarizeyourself with your new headset.Make sure you have the following items with yourheadset: Travel adapter, User’s GuideMake sure you have the following items with yourheadset: Travel adapter, User’s GuideCheck the accessoriesCheck the accessories Charge your headsetCharge your headsetCharge the headset's battery fully before usingthe headset for the first time.1 Open the adapter jack cover and plug thetravel adapter into the adapter jack.2 Plug the travel adapter into the AC walloutlet.• Charge the headset until the red light on theheadset turns to blue.• The headset will be fully charged in approximately3 hours.Before you can use your headset, you must pair itwith your phone.Put your headset inpairing mode1 Set your Bluetooth phone to discover theheadset by following your phone user’s guide.Typically, the steps involve going to the Settings,Connection, or Bluetooth menu on yourphone and then selecting the option to discoverBluetooth devices.Your phone will find the Samsung SBH500headset.2 Select Samsung SBH500.3 When the phone asks if you want to pair with it,confirm by selecting Yes or OK.4 Enter the headset passkey or PIN, 0000.Turn on Bluetooth on yourphone and pair with headset Your phone and headset are now paired andready to make and receive calls.
