12Discover...LOW TRANSMISSION MODEDue to its Low Transmission feature your handset will adjust the powerconsumption according to the distance to the base station.Battery replacement1 Have your credit card or any plastic card ready to remove the batterycompartment.Slide your card into one of the notches (A) on the sides of the handset.2 Lift (or push down) the card gently to free the other clips of the batterycompartment.3 Remove the old batteries.4 Insert the new batteries as indicated and according to their electricalpolarity.5 Slide the battery compartment cover from the bottom of the handsettowards the top.
