Set the PULSE/TONEswitch to match yourphone. Set the call delayswitch to either 5 or 30minutes from the time acondition is detected to thetime the alarm makes thefirst call.5. Connect phone cordsupplied and cord fromyour existing phone intoconnection jacks on unitbottom. Note that unit canalso be connected directlyto wall jack on its own.6. Plug AC adapter intojack on unit bottom andother end into 120 Volthousehold AC poweroutlet.7. Attached suppliedVelcro TM tabs to back ofunit for wall mounting. Ifmounting with suppliedanchor screws seeinstructions8. Mount the alarmclose to an AC poweroutlet and wall phonejack (and existingphone if desired), sothat all cords can beeasily connected.9. If applicable, plug thewater sensor into theside of the unit. If theexisting water sensorcord length is net longenough, use thesupplied cord coupler toadd additional phonecord to reach target area.100 max.10. To enter the phonenumbers to be called inan alarm situation,follow the instructions onthe pull-out tab on theside of the alarmhousing.11. Before leaving for a trip, always install a fresh alkalinebattery in the alarm. Reprogram call numbers each time anew battery is installed.12.
