73WarrantyYou are a valued ReliOn® customer. It is important to us that you arecompletely satisfied with your ReliOn® Confirm blood glucose meter.ReliOn® warrants your ReliOn® Confirm blood glucose meter will be freefrom defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years fromthe date of the original purchase. If during this time the meter does notwork properly because of a defect in materials or workmanship, ReliOn®agrees to replace or repair, free of charge any and all parts proven to bedefective and subject to warranty.This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied,including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for anypurpose, other than stated herein.This warranty does not apply to the performance of the ReliOn® Confirmblood glucose meter that has been damaged by accident or has been altered,misused, tampered with, or abused in any way. This warranty only applies tothe original purchaser of the meter and/or its agents.
